Shipping

We process most orders on the same day that they are placed before 2PM EST.  Standard US shipping is 3-5 business days, via the United States Postal Service, but we offer an expedited option (2 business days) via FedEx Express.

 

Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we will not accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where partial or no refunds are granted. For example:

Item(s) is not in its original condition: has been washed, has a fragrant smell (such as deodorant or perfume), pet hairs, damage to shirt, stretched fabric

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@threadscience.org.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are unable to exchange items at this time. Please check the sizing chart carefully before making a purchase. However, please consider placing a new order for the correct size and returning your incorrect order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
